Career options..

What wiil i be in case i'm not suitable to be a doctor?

1.lecturer..(I have the talent??..thinking mode..)
2.humanitarian..i've always wanted to be this..
3.entrepreneur..

Still, my biggest desire is to be a doctor..a great one..not one who excel only academically but also good at heart..giving the best service n medications without hoping for high payment of those..
